Possible fault in the throttle valve section. there is possibility that the accelerator signal is not actuating the fuel pressure to rev up the engine.
Since the models were not specified and the details of the car was not specified, is it possible that the fuel pump is calibrated? is the ECM in good order?Is the electrics checked?
