Check for damp on floor in car, when you find it pull back the carpet and follow the cable's you should find a few loom connectors, check for green or blueish mould on the copper connectors it will be your problem. replace the loom or cheaper way is to cut out the connectors and replace them with a junk yard special. good luck.

Have you checked fuse's # 19 & 20 40 & 80 amp fuse's . Located in the under hood fuse/ relay box. Also the ELD unit electric load detection in the under hood fuse box . Do you have an know how to use a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter ,how to read a wiring diagram ? http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html free wiring diagrams . Watch a few videos on yourtube for basic automotive electrical testing , Look at electrical distribution wiring diagram , start at the battery , check battery voltage , check at power distribution box Fuse's . Can you do that ? Honda ELD Is the B+ voltage at the I/P fuse box . Check B+ voltage at the ignition switch . Only U can find the problem by electrical testing , we would only be guessing .

Civic coupe 2007 starts when it feels like it. The batterie is new so is the starter. I turn the key and when I go to start it I just hear a CLICK which seems to come from under the car and wont start

You need to have battery cables positive an ground voltage drop tested ! I know you have no clue on automotive electrical testing . Voltage Drop Testing the Starter we as professional technicians test electrical systems , not just replace parts ! I suggest you find a qualified repair shop , so you don't hurt yourself .

Need to know where the under dash fuse box gets it's power for a 1998 honda civic cx

All fuses get their power from the battery. The under dash fuse box is no exception.
In the under-HOOD fuse and relay box, there will be a 'Master' fuse that sends power to the other components. This will be a 50 or 75 Amp fuse. Check every fuse you see in that under-HOOD box, and one of the mains is probably out.
You'll need to find out why it blew, because there is definitely a reason when the big ones blow. It's a major short circuit.
Did you replace a starter, or alternator, or battery before the problem bagan?

Car doesnt start at all !

check battery
check fuses & wiring to starter
check power at starter main (big red wire)
check for power at starter solenoid (small) wire when key turned start position
if all above are good, try whacking starter body with a hammer lightly while trying to start, don't run yourself over if it does!
replace starter if all electrical good

if all electrical fail test/inspection, ei; no power to starter on small wire, yet big wire hot, check for bad ignition switch

check for

Will not start

check the ignition fuse under the hood and also check the ignition relay, if this does not fix it you probably have a ground problem if you are not getting any power to anything

2005 honda civic, suddenly no power to anything

Yes, there is a main fuse. It is located in the fuse box under the hood.

A faulty ground wire could also cause this.

Checking the continuity on each one separately (with the circuit deenergized) would be my first check.
