You most definetley need a crank sensor make sure when installing new one you hold it down when tightening the bolt it has a few thousands of an inch adjustment and this makes a difference

2001 grand Cherokee 4 x 4. Code P 03005


p0300 is on all cars, with this code, misfire random.
p0305 (typo) is cylinder 5 , only misfiring.

3 causes, ask.

Yes, most probably a new crank position sensor will solve your stalling problem. I would change that sensor first and then see if you still get other fault codes. The fan continuously running will reduce the lifetime of the fan and will lower the mpg. I would change the relay.

Not necessarily, you will just have to unplug it. The fan relay switch isn't that expensive so you should if you can. The multiple misfires usually means that you need a tune-up with plugs,coils and some sensors when required.

o2 sensors or crank sensor or cam sensor wires plugs coil iinjectors not the whole rail control modul or even on these jeeps i found it can be a bad computer or maybe you need a new wiring harness or one wire some where is broke takes time to fine but when you do and its fixed good job goodluck.
