Question about Ford F-150
It sounds like you have a blown head gasket or cracked cylinder head. These are usually caused from the engine over heating. if the leak is that server a quick check would be to fill the radiator with water and leave the cap off, then crank the engine over if the water comes squirting out from the radiator its a good to say its in the head gasket or cylinder head.
