There isn't one, only one for the oil level. You have to go to a mechanic to check your trans fluid levels. But just don't get screwed over by overly pricey mechanics, it shouldn't cost much, and make sure to get a quote etc.

Hope it helps.

How to check transmissionfluid

Most transmissions have dipsticks, you need to look around where the trans is. I took a couple of turns before I found my. Pull the stick out, clean, and rechk. With my I change every yr. I remove the plug in the base of the trans, and then refill thru the top thru the dipstick hole as there is no other entry ava. You need to chk what oil your trans uses, most sellers can help you there.

How do you add trans fluid?

You probably already know this but to save any confusion just in case you don't, There is a trans fluid dipstick in the engine compartment there are two dipsticks one is oil then (usually on the other side of oil dipstick) trans dipstick. The tube you take that dipstick out of to check the trans fluid level, put a funnel on that and dump it in there. Take extra caution not to over fill. Trans fluid expands as it heats. So if you check it cold there will look like a lot less than there is. Don't add when you have a measurement between low and high.

If your car with 5 speed automatic transmission there are special dipstick for it, it only have with dealers workshop, drive there and ask them need to check trans oil, if u found right dipstick you can check it your self, trans mission dipstick tube locate at back side the engine at right of middle, dipstick tube have covered by black cap with read lock, first you have to brake read lock and push remain read plastic lock inside the cap by small flat screw driver, and open cap, then keep engine running and check oil level if your car trans oil cold it should be the cold level on dipstick for check trans oil you must have better knowledge for that it mean oil level be deference and deference temperature better ask mechanic to check it, if your car have the 7speed trans mission you can't check oil level because it's need to plug diagnostics computer in to the your car and get trans oil in to 45 degree temperature, The oil temperature can check only diagnose CPU and also after rich the 45 degree temp need to open drain plug screw and check level for do this must need to get experience technicians service, is this information helped you?

No fluid on trans stick how to fill it,do i need to put it in drive after every court?

You'll have to put it in through the dipstick tube with a small funnel. You should probably add at least two quarts of the approved fluid (ATF+4 I'm pretty sure). Then follow the instructions on the dipstick. It should be stamped on there.

I cant find the transmision dipstick and my

well you cant find the dipstick for the simple reason there is no dipstick,,,you have a VTI or CVT transmission,,with operates like a snowmobile transmission,,anyhow it takes special transmission fluid,,very expensive,,,,Saturn had alot of problems with these transmissions,,,,what i would try is take your car to the dealer and have them change the trans fluid and do the latest TCM update for the trans,,this can do wonders for these trans,,,,,and if that dont work youre gonna need a new trans,,,,,which is alot like $5000-$7000 installed,,,,there was a factory exteneded warranty to 150k miles but when GM went thru bankruptcy they ditched it,,so you will now have to incure costs to fix it,,,thanks GM..,the trans fluid change and tcm update ,, TCM trans control module,,will cost about $350,,hope this helps

Tranny parts?????

I am assuming that it is auto, if so it could be the breather tube has come out, the dipstick goes down the side of the trans and into the trans case above the trans sump, the dipstick tube should be near the rear of the engine and the dipstick has a round ring on it to pull out with your finger
hope this helps

Check automatic transmission fluid level

Dipstick is to the left of the engine. Should be a small yellow dipstick. Add fluid through the dipstick hole. The vehicle should be running when you do this. It is best to have driven at least 20 miles before adding trans fluid so everything has had time to get hot.

Replaced Radiator Now Trans is Leaking?

if you have a seperate tranny cooler, sounds like you lost most of your coolant in the switch of the old radiator !! I dont think you could loose that much from the top of the dipstick depends on the locations of the dipstick!! If the dipstick goes straight into the tranny and no dipstick then that is possible!! unlikely but possible!! I would watch the car for a while and keep a close check on your fluid level!
