Question about 1999 Cadillac Seville
You can check the resistence of the ignition lock cylinder by putting the key in the ignition anb follow the two small white wires coming out of the bottom of the steering coloum disconnect them from the connector and use an ohmeter if you do not get a reading then the wires may be broken. to repair you will need a new coded lock cylinder and key
