I have a sebring 2004 v6 2.7 which is misfiring. put it a new coil and changed plug on cylinder that doesnt fire still no spark. im getting power all th way to the plug tested with volt meter.it reads 14...

Invalid test. When plug fires, the wire shoots around 40,000volts. When not firing, there is no current in the wire.
Try switching the misfiring plug wire with another that is firing. Switch them both at the plug and at the coil tower. If that was a bad plug wire, the misfire will now be on the cylinder where you put the suspect wire. This will confirm a bad plugwire.
Good luck.

Changed the plugs in a 2.7l sebring (2004) and now getting the check engine light with error code p0300. Engine idle at start up also continues to accelerate.

Hallo
There is something wrong with one of the spark plug or you did not put all the cables on the plugs to the end. Or one of cables or ignition coil(s) is damaged. P 0300 = missfire detected

best regards
Marko

Only get spark on# 2cyl in my 2004 chrysler sebring

If your only getting spark on one cylinder then your coil pack is faulty or if it is equipped with a distributer cap possibly the rotor. Being a 2004 I believe that vehicle has a coil pack. To be sure I recommend you get eh Haynes or Chilton's repair manual for your vehicle. This will identify how to test it. This will be available from your local auto parts store.

How many spark plugs do the 2001 chrysler sebring have and how do i get to them all to change?

THE CHRYSLER SEBRING HAS 2.5 - 2.7 - 3.0 ENGINES THEY ALL HAVE 6 SPARK PLUGS. ON THE 2.5 AND 3.0L ENGINES TO GET TO SPARK PLUGS YOU HAVE TO REMOVE UPPER INTAKE MANIFOLD FOR ACCESS THE SPARK PLUGS IN THE REAR CYLINDER BANK.THE 2.7L ENGINE WITH COIL OVER PLUG DISCONNECT THE COIL CONNECTOR AND REMOVE THE BOLTS THEN LIFT THE COIL OFF FOR ACCESS TO THE SPARK PLUG.

Car hesitation

sounds like the coil pack is failing or you could just have water in your fuel.... buy a couple bottles of gas line antifreeze (it sucks up water) and add them to your tank when you fill up.... if that doesn't fix it it is likely the coil pack

2004 SEBRING PUT USED MOTOR CRANKS BUT NO START

try seeing if the coil works here is how to see take a spark plug out and leave the wire connected place it on a metal part of the motor crank it over and have someone watch closely and see if the plugs spark on the metal if they don't then it needs a coil and/or coil wire replace just the coil wire first since that is the least expensive option if that does not solve it then change out the coil and dont hold or touch the coil wire when turning it over cause if it works it hurts like heck
