It would have to be done at the dealer, but some time's with this year car, they will put a sticker on the trunk lid with the code, if not dealer only, hope this was very helpful.

My keypad stopped working. Is there a battery for this?

if your keypad is factory installed there is no battery . if after market yes has battery. if factory, be sure no keys are in car, when you press in a code number does the pad light up ,if yes its getting power then it is probably the keypad needs to be replaced ,if not lighting up its not getting power, check fuses and wiring connections

KEY PAD LIGHT NOT ON NOR WILL ENTRY CODE WORK

You will need to remove the driver's door panel to access the connector going to the pad. Using a PCM safe test light, probe the wires going to the pad to see if you have power to it. If yes, the touch pad is most likely bad. They are held in place by a thin metal slide retainer inside the door body.

The pad is long with five buttons, two numbers on each button. 1-0

No idea what your question is, but if you are asking what the pad on the door is, it is a code pad to unlock the doors, open the trunk etc. I don't know if they still do it, but Lincoln use to put the base code on the trunk. Look around for a tag stuck to the trunk arm, or trunk lid. When you enter the code it unlocks the doors and if you push other #'s after the code it will open the trunk, turn on lights etc.

    Hope this helps.

Combination on car keypad does not open doors

Does the key pad on the door light up? Are there any tears in the key pad numbers? Does the key pad lock the doors?.
There are no fuses directly for the pad.. The key pad is linked directly to the RAP. module. If the locks work from the FOB the fuses for the Module are good. Chances are the pad is no good especially if it don't light up. The RAP module is above the driver side foot well, directly above the accelerator pedal . Hope this helps.
