SOURCE: Crankshaft Position Sensor

The crank sensor is on the front of your engine behind the harmonic balancer. You will need a balancer puller for a 3.8 and a crank sensor alignment tool to do this lob.

Where is crank position sensor on 1991 2.5l

The 1991 was a mid-sized sedan created by Chevrolet in Ontario, Canada. The Lumina is equipped with a crankshaft sensor that detects the position of the vehicle's crankshaft, sending data to the sedan's on-board computer. Having the crankshaft sensor allows the Lumina to make necessary adjustments for the engine to work optimally.

Can anyone show me where crankshaft position sensor location on 1991 pontiac firebird 3.1L and show picture or video link of the location

Zach, guess what? It doesn't have one. I went around and around with this very same issue with a local car parts supplier. Yes one shows up on the list of parts for this year and engine... it is all done through the pick-up coil and ignition module in the distributor. Tell me more about your problem. I have tons of experience on this make, year and model.
