Thanks for that. I think we may have a differnet name for it over here in the UK as I cannot find it on the equivalent Jag site?!

The front bumper has a piece that gets caught on every speed bump and every curb even when coming into a moderately steep inclined drive it scrapes, how can I fix this.

I put a nylon skid block on one off a skateboard, your other options are , Higher profile tyres, taller springs, a proper skid plate or taking all kerbs and speed bumps at a sharper angle not square on.
Have a look on youtube at my vid " MGF getting stuck" and you will see an extreme example of your problem. This guy on second attempt actually made it under his own power by taking a sharper angle.
Hope this helps

My 94 ford mustang is making a scraping sound when

There are many things to try. Check your balljoints, shock towers and springs. Recheck how you hung the brake calipers. The hoses can go two ways, only 1 is correct.

If no luck look at motor mounts and check fan shroud for blade clearance. Check pulleys. Then move rearward to heat shields, exhaust pipe and gas tank. Then look at the frame.

Look for scrapes and shiny spots underneath the car and check the driveshaft for bad joints. Thats about all I have for you.

What causes fuel system to shutdown where is the fuse locateed under hood

Are you sure it is not the fuel pump in the tank? Otherwise there is a fuse for it in the vehicle in the fuse panel. Your owners manual will tell you the number and name of it.

Scraping sound

check to see if the shields on the rotors are very close to the rotors themselves. if very close, any bearing play may be allowing contact between the two. Also check the driveshaft for any contact marks...could be that when suspension is moving, shaft may be contacting a shield on exhaust or something else under the car. Try to isolate location when it happens as you drive...even a guess is better than nothing.
