Corrosion on the tips of the distributor cap and rotor is the number one cause for this issue on this model, secondly check the spark plug wires for excessive ressitance measured with an ohm meter. From there check and replace your spark plugs!

At least a CO90. If the car shakes only on idle that means that the fuel mixture isn't lighted every time by the sparkplug - check the injectors and sparkplugs for dirt.
