Check your brake fluid level and do a full quart bleed also clean your rotors and pads and put anti-squeal gunk on the back of your pads.
you must go to a auto shop or range rover dealer and get the codes read. Also get your brake fixed before you go for the computerised code reading.
Let us know if you have something more to ask else please accept the solution.

Squeeky noise from Range rover 2006 HSE

Likely, that is the sound of your "wear indicators" because your brake pads are worn.

1997 range rover with a braking problem. Please help!

You probably can't diagnose it yourself.
Its probably not a wheel sensor, I would guess the pump.
On most vehicles the ABS brake system is separate from the normal hydraulic system. The ABS system uses the other to do its job.
British vehicles are not always like that. My Jag used a power steering assist brake system with no vac booster.
My 97 Range Rover did too.
You will probably need the dealer to scan for trouble codes. It takes a special scanner to do this. Once you have the codes you can start the investigating process.
I doubt the check engine light and the others are the same problem. The ABS and TC are connected.

I Have a Range Rover 97 4.5 HSE. The Brakes were working fine then I was sat in a trafic jam for 2 hours, as I started to move again, the ABS BRAKE and TC lights all came on and the brake pedal goes down...

First thing to do is check the brake fluid and be sure it is full. Next look under the vehicle and make sure you do not have fluid leaking on the ground or on the inside of a tire. The problem may be the booster but make sure there is no leaks in the system before you drive it.

My 1996 Range Rover HSE ABS light went on and the brake pedal goes to the floor. Brakes were working fine prior to this. Once you pump the brakes; they work

are you losing brake fluid? you may just need to bleed the brakes if you bleed them and have the same thing happening, you are going to need a master cylinder, but first check around at all four calipers and around the brake booster and master cyl, for wetness this means theres a leak.

The abs light is on in my car and the brakes are terrible what could be the problem was told that my abs modulator was shorting out

The light can be on for many reasons. Brake fluid level. Wheel spin sensor. Worn brake pads (if they have a sensor) Bad pressure sensor When you say terrible what do you mean? Shaking? Squeaking? Sqealing? (metal to metal grinding) The brakes continually pulsate?

As far as shorting out, has your car gone in very high water? If you pull the fuse for the ABS does it stop being terrible? (brakes should work fine without fuse)

No matter the car all hydraulic brakes work the same. The braking system can work without ABS, provided the ABS isn't the problem.

When I hear "shorting out" this means to me something is wrong but the person doesn't know what it is. Actual shorting is rare.

Diff leaking oil making noise can i get secound hand one ? how much to get it repared

if the dif is making noise, its probably bearing fatigue, due to lack of oil (leak) you can buy a second hand one at a salvage yard, check your local salvage yards, if that doesnt work, try a parts locater service.

Range Rover 2006 brake fluid flushing (when?)

brake fluid should be changed every time you change the brake pad. Brake fluid is not the same as hydraulic fluid, which don't contain alcohol, which attract moisture and dirt.
with that say, I don't think too many people really change the brake fluid, not till the brake stop working.
