Check from the fuse to the blower located under the dash,
the fuse to the relay of the solenoid clutch drive located in the bonnet.
If either of them are open then the compressor wont turrn on.
However if what you mean is the cooling, then check the gas pressure, leak on system and the status of the compressor pumping.

it may be front evaporator fan motor not working. check wiring connection and the fuse. or the motor itself defective.
look the indicator of a/c for outside(must OFF) or inside(must in 'ON').

Kia air conditioner doesnt work


I have a 2007 kia rondo.Ac was working,parked it for a year,ac wasnt working,recharged,the ac,it worked for a month,an started again,blowing hot ai.If you let it set for hour would start working...then after a few days it would only work early morning,if you dont turn ac of,then it stop working,I see the clutch isnt kicking in,ir you try an put freeon in it soon as you start putting it in it would kick on.An its full of freeon.

check to see if your cooling fans are working because when they dont work, your air will blow nice and cold when driving but will be hot air when stopped in traffic.

You dont ever unplug a control module. pull the abs fuse and or relays if you want a quick fix. chances are is that the abs module shares the plug for the body control module which controls these things.
