Water leaks are usually from seeds and leaves accumulating in the fresh air inlet and plugging up the drains.
Open the hood and clean out the fresh air inlets near the windshield.

If you do need to access the dashboard, it is always done from underneath. You wear a hat and put your head on the floor, with your feet in the air on the seat back.

Where do i put the water in on my 1999 daewoo leganza

There is a small translucent tank in the engine compartment on the driver's side of the car. Should have a yellow cap on it. Don't remove the cap when car is hot, or you will get a hot coolant shower.

My car is leaking coolant from the passenger side towards the back of the engine. I have a 2001 Daewoo Leganza. what could be the problem

Heater core lines to the inside of the car or a head gasket leak. Are you sure its coolant and not condensate from the A/C?

No heat

first make sure the radiator is topped off or full also the overflow is at proper level .. feel the hoses going into the cars firewall to see if they are warm or hot. if cold then the car is not letting hot water into the heater core inside the car . there is a control outside the firewall that might be at fault .
