I believe there are 2 total but 1 fuse box is in the engine compartment driver's side and another is a fuse box in the passenger compartment lower trim panel fuse box. Now to figure out what is which, If you flip the cover of the fuse box over, when you take it off and expose the fuses. You will see the diagram of where each fuse for each function is. Good Luck.
if you require further assistance please let me know and i will be glad to assist you furthere- Thanks, Midwest-tek

How to remove the front rotors on a 2006 Toyota sequoia

On the 2008 Sequoia there are two threaded bolt holes amonst the lugnut studs. Thread a couple of bolts into those and screw in with a ratchet or wrench - walking the rotor off. Worked easily for me.

High idle and running a little rough, sluggish in 2006 sequoia

Check the throttle body and see if it has build up around the butterfly. If so, clean the butterfly with throttle body cleaner. This may be it. There are other possibilities but this is a simple inspection.

My 2006 toyota sequoia has no dash lights for the most part and the cigarette lighter does not work. The clock works but no radio lights either. The radio works.

My 2001 Toyota Sequoia just lost all dash lights last night too. I've tried checking the fuses in the cabin, and none of them look blown. Did you ever get an answer to this problem?
