I recently replaced my intake gaskets and after repairs im having transmission up shifting problems.

Check your Radiator coolant. If the coolant looks like chocolate milk, you have a cooling system leak into the transmission oil. Frequently misdiagnosed as engine oil mixing with coolant.

That would be spelled solenoid. They are inside the transmission and it requires some involved work. Shop around for estimates.

Motor is locked up i think, im trying to tack it out and having some problems

If the engine is actually seized you will not be able to easily remove the transmission bell housing bolts. I usually drop the transmission out with the engine, as I find that easier when the engine is seized.

It sounds to me like you might be having transmission problems. Check your transmission fluid and filter, and replace if you haven't done so already.

Transmission (auto) is only going to bout 20 to 30 mph. Wont go into another gear. Could it be it needs an oil change? It has 175,000 miles 1993 4cyl . thank u!

wow, seems like you got your money out of that motor and transmission, have your transmission flush and filter change. Having 175k Im sure that transmission filter is dirty and may be clog up. change filter and flush will solve some of your problems and give it a bit more life to your transmission. if that does not help, it time to rebuild it or replace one from a junk yard.
