I'd suggest the ignition control module, however I'd have a certified mechanic check it out just in case...

crank shaft sensor, as soon as car warms up, it will skip (engine stutter(, then when engine cools, so does crank shaft sensor. Good Luck

You need to check the Diagnostic Trouble Codes and see what comes up. It definitely appears the ASD (Auto Shut Down) is kicking in, which is there to protect specific engine components.
