Sounds like the fuel system or a vacuum problem. When the car is sputtering up the hood and listen for a hissing noise, if none the start with the fuel filter and then pump. Hopefully it is the filter, the pump on some Honda's are under the back seat. Hope this helped tim

Dodge durango chugging constantly, idle steady, lights dim with chug and engine light flashed 3 times when tried to accelerate at about 50 mph

A flashing check engine light means there is a serious problem (as opposed to a steady light which means there's a problem). You need to have the stored codes read before trying to figure out what's wrong. Most auto parts stores will read codes for free. Then simply Google your make and model and the code and you will probably get a few results that will point you in the right direction.

When air conditioner pump clutches ingage and disengage the RPMs drop up and down... bad gas mileage... stalled once when i was at a four way stop and went to go... when temperature was all the way down...

Well, lets see...
The engine RPM going up and down when the A/C clutches engage and disengage sounds like it could possibly be caused by an Idle Air Control (IAC) that cannot properly control engine speed.
The headlamps dimming on the other hand, leads me to think that you may have charging system problems - loose cable connections, bad alternator diodes, shorted cell in the battery, etc.
Then again, if the engine is not idling correctly due to a bad IAC, it can cause the headlamps to fluctuate if the A/C is kicking on and off at idle.

So here are my recommendations:
First, get your charging system load-tested. Correct any problems found and see if this fixes your problem with the stalling and the dimming headlamps.
If a load test does not identify any problems with the charging system, try replacing the IAC.

1985 ford crown vic ltd 352 200k miles been running good burns NO oil.\r\ndriving at night engine shuts down. I turn lights off, wiggle turn signal switch and it starts again. Once I was making a right...

I dont see if the turn signal light has to do any thing with the engine shutting off, make sure the IAC idle air control valve is working, air filter is good, fuel filter is good and IF your vehicle has a power steering pressure switch then that could be causing it but with 1985 Crown Vic I dout it.

Battery died, gauge cluster bulbs on dimly, now rough idle result

How much have you driven vehicle? You need to drive long enough for computer to reset refrence points onboard. If that does not work, you have a bad voltage limiter on your instrument cluster board!

99 Jeep Grand...Idle up and down and now a check engine light

Sounds like an air leak somewhere after the air filter chamber. With engine idling spray some carb cleaner at different areas along the intake hose and the intake manifold, any place air can get in.If rpms change you have found leak.
