Question about 1999 Dodge Durango
The condenser is between the drivers and passenger side under the dash. I am assuming that water is draining onto the passengers side? if it is I would try to see if the drain is plugged, as that is easier to fix then pulling apart the inside of the vehicle. Good Luck Tim
