Why does The 25amp fuses keep blowing out on a 2000 millennia sea doo..........And need codes

Hey Shea,
If the fuse continues to blow... there IS a short (or could be a loose wire arcing) somewhere.. (DO NOT put a higher rated fuse in!!).. Since we do not know what system the fuse is protecting.. I would recommend taking this machine to a qualified professional!!>\

2007 dodge nitro so the fuses for my door locks and wiper pump keep blowing. Took the fuse box out checked all the wires. There is no exposed wires or wires crossing. Anything else it could be.

What # fuse's J5 25amp , J4 25amp , M 30 15amp , M13 20amp M33 10amp . All these fuse's are power supply's for door modules and to the wiper / washer switch . The washer pump is controlled by the totally integrated power module . I suggest you google TIPM - dodge totally integrated power module . Chrysler , Dodge , Jeep all use this componet . Also watch youtube videos on finding a automotive electrical short . That's what you have a direct short to ground on those power supply circuits

My 25 amp fuse for the asd keeps blowing on my 2001 town & country

The ASD powers the ignition coil, 6 injectors, two heated o2 sensors, and the alternator field. I wold unplug all but the o2 sensors and see if the fuse blows. If not blown plug things back in until it blows. If this doesn't fix it I can give you more steps.

Why dash light fuse keeps blowing 10amp in my suzuki cultus 96, anyone know why?

sure that feed is SHORTED.
the fuse, saves the FIRE , if there was no fuse at all. boom.

same with home, cars, trains or air craft. all the same. this.

using a higher fuse is dumb. sorry, but why risk fire.? or
very very expensive harness damage , why?.
what do you what, 101 class on shorts? You got it.
sure, we have a great video showing the magic of ammeters.

see Duanes fine video link here.

if all this is greek , find any ASE mech, he knows.

Blows gas fuse after driving repeatedly. my kia started out by blowing the 15 amp gas fuse under the hood while driving at 55+ going down the highway. It seemed I was able to drive the same distance when...

check in your owners manual under fuses,15 amp seems low for a fuel pump,i would think it should be at least 25amp,it will tell you what fuse feeds what and what fuse should be there

25amp fuse blows when ignition is tured on volvo940 gl 1994

Disconnect (unplug) all the units that are supplied by the 25A fuse.
Switch on ignition and check that fuse has not blown- if it blows under these conditions the short or overload to ground is:-
a) in the wiring to one of the units,
b) or there is some other unidentified faulty unit still connected.

Re-connect each unit one at a time, observing fuse status.
If one of the units has a short / fault, it will blow the fuse when it is connected back in circuit.
