Question about 2006 Kia Spectra
More than likely it IS your trans (servos that provide pressure to shift or a clogged filter try a flush before you change fuid AND filter) however it could be in the elec.system (wire short or bad plugs) change plugs and wires this may cure your problem and if not you don't loose anything but gain a tune-up. also could be fuel injectors or filter use a good fuel injector cleaner addative for 3 or 4 tankfulls and see if this helps.
