No, you will not have fan belts.
The Fans are run by electric Fan Motors and are activated by a engine (coolant) temperature sensor.

Let me know if this helped....Thanks for using FixYa.com!

Hi,
I believe your Caravan has electric fans. No belts are necessary.
They run on the vans electrical system.
Enjoy,
Wayne

SOURCE: dodge caravan heat fan won't work

If it is the fan/blower that is not working (as opposed to what is coming out is cold), then the problem could be 1) fuse 2) Blower Resistor. I just replaced the blower resistor in about 15 min with a $25 replacement resistor. The unit is right behind the glove box.

If the problem is that the air coming out is cold and not hot, then the thermostat, radiator, heater core, etc... are the more likley causes.

THIS PROBLEM MOST LIKELY ONLY HAPPENS WHEN THE AIR CONDITIONING IS ON. IF SO, BELT TENSIONING IS REQUIRED. LOOSEN THE UPPER MOST PULLY ON THE V-BELT, THEN TURN THE BOLT ABOVE IT CLOCKWISE AND RETIGHTEN THE PULLY BOLT.
