John,
You have neither mentioned what car nor what model. I can only say that the fuxe box in under the hood. A black plastic box. Open it and first inspect the fuses for a blown fuse. If unsuccessful doing it, the remove each fuse one at a time and see what stops working.

My Kia Sedona 2012 minivan front heat and ac does not work while the rare heat, ac and defrost works

Are the controls lighting up? dose the blower motor work? If the controls don't light up you may have a control head locked up you can do a reset by unplugging the IOD fuse for 2 mins and then plugging it back in. If the all the lights work in the control head and the blower isn't working try turning the front blower on high and then tapping the motor itself if it works after hitting the motor you will need to buy a new blower motor.

My bloer motor does not worki replasd the fuse but it blew the fuse

When a fuse blows, replacing it, usually results
in it blowing again

IT BLOW FOR A REASON-- did it not

Now-- IF-- you had a wiring diagram of the blower
& it's control circuit, you could diagnose the problem

I would unplug the blower or take it out & test it to see
if that is the only issue

Hi I have a 1996 T100 the Blower fan for the ac/heater goes on and off when in the on position no matter what speed it on ,I changed the bloer switch but contiues to do the same thing any advise ?

you could have a bad blower motor resistor that the resistor wire is making and braking contact disrupting the power to the motor.it could also be a loose or dirty connector at the resistor or the motor itself a bad ground at the motor or a bad blower motor.
