Question about 1995 Chevrolet K1500
Pull the spark plugs cables one at the time and put the connector near to the engine block while cranking, you will see if there is spark or not.
If there is spark on all the cylinders, then after ,many attempts to start the engine you have probably flooded the cylinders.
Wait thirty minutes, and try cranking again, this time put the key in position one and wait about 20 seconds before cranking.
Also take off the gas tank cap before cranking.
If it still does not work, a complete set of tests must be done.Common cause for cold start problems are air intake and air intake sensors (MAF AIT), no fuel pressure (tested with hand gauge), vacuum problems, IAC valve, EGR valve and more. The first step in troubleshooting is often pulling error codes from car computer using an OBDII scanner.
