First time check up the engine oil level by oil dipstick and the antifreeze level in the reservoir tank. I'm pretty sure that the issue is the cylinder head gasket damaged, because engine oil and antifreeze was both dropped. Verify the cylinder head gasket and replace it. Check also the cylinder head contact surface and remake it by rectification if necessary!

My thought is that you probably have a blown head gasket or a cracked block. I would have someone do a pressure test on the coolant system to determine where the leak is. Doesn't sound good.

Cant stop a 201venture van from over heating the heater works the van dont run hot but wen the heater dont heat the motor runs hot

When your not feeling heat coming from the heater it usually means that the coolant level is too low in the radiator. It sounds like you have a coolant leak somewhere which is causing your overheating problem. Fill your radiator and let the engine run for about a half hour with the radiator cap on tight. Then turn off the engine and check for any leaks under the van. If you don't see any leaks under the van then see if the carpeting is wet on the passenger side of the vehicle. If the carpet is wet and it smells like anti-freeze you have a heater core that is leaking. I hope this helps you. :)

check the lower rad hose , it may be collapsing, it should have a spring inside to prevent that problem, overheating only when the engine is run at higher rpms

Anti freeze leeking

I have seen a couple of these now with headgasket leaks to the outside of the block just as you describe. I solved them both with a stop-leak additive, not something I would normally use, but I really didn't want to pull the heads because the exhaust studs always break on these engines. I would find out for sure where the leak is before proceeding though. If it's a hose or frost plug, you'll have to repair it properly.

Heater is blowing cold air

Sounds like your coolant system is still short some fluid.
This is sometimes due to the cooling system needing special filler pipes to fill above the level of the heater core, to remove all the air trapped.
Also,,,you may have damaged the head gasket through over heating the motor,,if this is the case,,then you will be leaking coolant into the motor itself,,this will mix with your engine oil and could destroy your engine very quickly if not repaired.
Check it out carefully before you stop worrying.

Poor heat output motor runs cold

Check the hoses going to inlet and outlet to heater core. You may have accidentaly hooked them up backwards since you said you flushed the heater core out. Also did the barsleak have the aluminum filings in it?
