Hello i would look into perhaps a FUSE that powers up the HO2s, seems its a power issue. If you have replaced the O2s and still the light is on that means the problem was not correctly diagnosed.

Check engine lights are great in telling you there is problem BUT when you scan for the codes they dont really pinpoint the problem area just a overview on what is the matter there are so many systems involved that one feeds the other and can cause false possitives. In this case it seems that you might just have a fuse problem BUT i would really look into that 1st before you replace any other parts that will cost you more money out of pocket. If you need further help let me know.

Check your fuse and replace any that are burnt out. It is possible that it your heater on your O2 sensor shorted that it blew the fuse.

Codes p0054 p0141 p0036

code p0054 is
Possible causes - Faulty Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2
- Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2 harness is open or shorted
- Heated Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2 circuit poor electrical connection
When is the code detected?Heater current requirements too low or high in the heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) heater control circuit Symptoms- Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)
code p0141 is O2sensor heater circuit malfunction( bank one sensor 2)
there is chance that wire from that sensor is touching, part of your exhaust system, and either is open or shorting to ground

code p0036

I have two codes on my 2008 gmc sierra sle 5.3 liter

Both codes are for the O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 2 which is after the cat converter. Code 54 is for the heater in the sensor which could cause code 36 if the heater is not working.
There may be a problem with the sensor or the power source for the heater. The sensor is heated at start-up to quickly read the exhaust gases.
