Its under the motor on the passenger side beside the Y pipe exhaust. i took out the 2 bolts and when it was loose it was sort of stuck getting it out so i put a jack under the motor and lifted it about an inch this gave enough room for it to hang down then unbolt the connectors

Wont turn over. Has power, everything comes on but when you turn ignition to start, it does nothing!

Check the fuses in the main fuse box under the hood. Look for a fuse marked starter or starter relay. The easiest way to get the a/c clutch to engage is to jump the connecter that goes to the low pressure switch, which is located close to the firewall on the larger diameter a/c line.

Toyota sienna 2008 check engine light , with code p0352, is on as well as the VSC and trac off . What is wrong?

Find out what the sensor the code is refering to and rep[lace it for starters. The engine light is only telling you that there a fault has been found in the paramaters for sensors that have been set in the cpu. Buy replacing the faulty sensor as shown by the fault code you may also eliminate the other faults as well

Whats the easiest way to change a fuel pump in a 2000 GMC Jimmy?

There is no easy way
the tank needs to be dropped
If there is a drain plug on the tank do that first
if there is a lot of fuel it will be easier to syphin it first

Battery is fine but the engine won't fire. Is this a starter problem? Where is the starter located?

starter is on bottom, passenger side of engine; however please see my tip at http://www.fixya.com/cars/r5821173-doesnt_car_start_gasoline_engines before replacing. These are generic instructions. If you get stuck or need specific instructions for your car, please get back to me with model, year and engine info.

I just rep[laced the starter on my 83 chevy pickup. It started fine for about 16 hours now I am getting the same problem. I turn the key to start the truck and it's almost like I have a dead battery but...

Hi,
You may want to check the connections from the battery to the relay. ( the cable that goes from the positive to the firewall ) Also check the - negitive from the battery to the frame.
Good Luck,
Wayne

Locate starter

Starter is located on the side of the motor that is closer to the battery, there is a cable that goes from the battery's + side to the starter, just follow it.

Good Luck!! Don't forget to rate this post!!
