It would probably be best to get one from a salvage yard instead, because enough force to cause a crack, is also enough force to warp it. But assuming you have no choice, most shops would probably charge about an hour, at a $75 per hour shop rate, plus the 6 quarts or so of AFT they need to replace, and $10 for a new gasket. They would probably braze it instead of welding, since it is not strength related.
