Most cars done have a fuse for the headlights, just a circuit breaker. Check for power to the switch and through the dimmer switch.

Where is the headlight fuse located on a 93 Cadillac deville

Owners manual will give fuse locations and identifications. This vehicle may not have a fuse for the headlight/s. It may incoporate a relay. Have you checked the headlight for power? Ground? It may be as simple as a defective headlight.

Follow this link and it will bring up the 96 Ford Explorer Owners Manual which will have the same fuse diagram as your '95.

Go to page 381 where the fuse section starts and both diagrams will follow.

Which fuse on the fuse panel is the one for the power windows i lost the manual

I know thta, for a 2002 Ford Explorer, the 30 amp circuit breaker in location #62 of the power distribution box in the engine compartment is the power window circuit breaker. (unfortunately in the 2002 owner's manuals it is labelled accessory delay ) later years are labelled as the power window circuit breaker.

Hope helped with this. Remember rated this help, good luck.

96 Jeep Cherokee headlights go on and off after being on a while.

It sounds like the relay switch is weak or going bad. It gets power and then stays closed giving 12V to the lights. Try replacing the relay.
