Question about 1999 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
Hello my name is Ben. There is a rod located behind the seat under the jack ( unless someone has removed it ). Assemble this rod and then there is a small door in your rear bumper. Open that door and use your key to remove the lock (again if it is still there ). Now insert the rod and crank the spare down until you can "unhook" it.
