2005 toyota matrix running lights don't work

Hi Kolby, I guess you've checked the fuses? They are normally inside the cabin and behind the small locker for licences and small change. If the instrument panel lights are also defective that is where I suggest you look. If that is not the problem they are operated via a relay, which may have become defective. Regards 'John

2005 toyota corolla horn doesn't work

You can replace the horn. Check to see if the wires connected to the horn have power. Check with a test light. If power is present then the horns are bad.

2006 Toyota Matrix 2nd fuse panel location?

The second fuse panel that you seek is under the dashboard, on the driver side (for a US car). This box is called the "JB1" (junction block #1), and contains several relays in addition to the 15 amp "CIG" fuse that you need to replace.
Hope this helps, and thanks for choosing FixYa!
Happy Thanksgiving!

if you have trouble removing the fuse it's due to the fact that when a short occurs it creates heat and the copper contacts have melted to gether. i know you would perfer to do this yourself but your going have to take it to a good mechanic to help. chances are you might end up replacing the whole fuse box.
