The parking lights staying on and the left turn signal not working may not be related, the turn signal is probably a burned out bulb, turn on the left signal and see if all the bulbs light up if not replace the burnt one, if they all light, the turn signal flasher may be at fault ( it can work with one side and not the other), as far as the parking lights staying on, check the door "pin" switch that controls the interior lights (are the interior lights staying on too?), since the chimes are staying on even with the keys on , I would suspect the door pin switch, probably the drivers side. I believe there may be a timer on the parking lights that turn them off after several seconds after the door is closed, this may be at fault if not the pin switch. newer cars and trucks also leave the reverse lights on for a while after the door is closed.
The security lock picture/icon is a visual indication that something in the car's antitheft system is failing. In most GM cars and trucks there is a hidden system that most people are unaware even exists. From the moment you put your key in the ignition, there begins a constant line of communication between your key's security chip or transponder, to the ignition's lock cylinder, and then to the car's TDM (Theft Deterrent Module). These 3 parts are in CONSTANT communication. If the key is in the ignition, then these parts are sending signals to each other. The security light illuminates when that signal gets broken, even just for a second. When the signal breaks, the car misinterperates this as an attempt at theft and goes into antitheft mode. The car thinks its being stolen or hotwired because it is not getting that signal from YOUR specific key. This is why the security light turns on and shuts down your vehicle. This link explains it pretty well. http://vatspasslockpasskeysecurityhelp.yolasite.com/

Unfortunately this has been a real problem on GM vehicles for a very long time. I copied this to help you understad how this works. From the moment you put your key in the ignition, there begins a constant line of communication between your key's security chip or transponder, to the ignition's lock cylinder, and then to the car's TDM. These 3 parts are in CONSTANT communication. If the key is in the ignition, these parts are sending signals to each other.
