This problem sounds like you have a sticking power window motor (motor brushes stick), replacing this motor requires the door panel be removed and then the window regulator assembly to access the motor for replacement, if u have never done this type of repair before it is best left to a shop, it can be a real nightmare for an inexperienced home mechanic.
