Question about 1994 Hyundai Excel
HI, after you remove the bolt you will need to rotate the caliper up it may take some lite prying to get it to slide off the brake pads. when it is free you can slide it off the upper guide pin.

There are 2 bolts on the "inside" on the caliper towards the bottom they use an allen wrench socket.

take a pair of pliers and hold the inter side of the guide and turn the bolt. the bolts is only 8mm w x 25mm L. this will allow you to remove the calipers.

After you do what lemmingglee mentioned, don't reuse the old mount bolts, the are tourque-to-yield type bolts, and can only be safely used once. Replacements can be found at any hardware store. Keep it safe!

The pins / wedges just tap out use a scewdriver on the metal edge of the pin just tap it out to the rear and when putting them back in just tap them back in from the front. You will see they are diamond shape and metal cased around rubber very easy to do just take your time.

e to FREE position. On all models, remove hub
cover, bolt/washer and hub body. Use tapered punch
to open slits of conical washers. Remove axle shaft
snap ring (if equipped).
Straighten tabs of outer lock washer. Using Spindle
Socket (09607-60020), remove lock nut, lock washer
and adjusting nut. Remove thrust washer and outer b
earing. Remove axle hub and rotor. Remove grease se

and inner bearing. Press hub bolts out of axle hub.
