The only click I would care about is the starter solenoid.
If it is not clicking, then the ignition switch or neutral safety switch is not letting anything get to the starter at all.
Easy to check by simply putting a test light at the small wire that plugs onto the starter solenoid. It should get power only in the start position of the ignition switch.
If it does not, then you have to back track and decide if it is the ignition switch or neutral safety switch (usually on the side of the transmission).
Try starting in neutral instead of park?

You can try doing a re-calibration of the cluster. To do that.....
Begin the test with the ignition switch in the OFF position. 2. Depress the odometer/trip odometer switch button. 3. While still holding the odometer/trip odometer switch button depressed, turn the ignition switch to the ON position, but do not start the engine. 4. Release the odometer/trip odometer switch button. 5. The instrument cluster will simultaneously begin to illuminate all of the operational segments in the VFD units, and perform a bulb check of each operational LED indicator. The VFD segments and LED indicators remain illuminated as each gauge needle is swept to several calibration points and back. If a VFD segment or an LED indicator fails to illuminate, or if a gauge needle fails to sweep through the calibration points and back during this test, the instrument cluster must be replaced. 6. The actuator test is now completed. The instrument cluster will automatically exit the self-diagnostic mode and return to normal operation at the completion of the test.

If you hear a click while turning the key this would indicate low charge in battery any reading under 12 on a tester would have trouble starting other than that loose battery leads have you tried jumping if it starts with a jump this would indicate battery.

I am no Honda expert, but a similar problem happened to my ex sister in-laws Ford Taurus. The speed odometer would jump around and it had trouble shifting (automatic transmission). After driving it I changed out the speed odometer sensor on the transmission and it's been fine ever since. I changed out the sensor because if the cars computer cannot tell how fast the car is traveling then fail safes in place go into effect and the computer will do it's best to keep the cars rpm's down based on the speed indicator and not let it shift or shift properly either. If it's getting false speeds then it will shut down the motor when the speed gets to high and allow it to run as the speeds fall (jumping speed odometer needle). It effects the transmission shift points also. It will either shift erratically or not shift out of say 2nd gear, so that the cars engine can't get damaged based on what signal the speed sensor is sending the computer.

This is a result of either a bad solder job at the factory or just bad solder. You can remove your gage cluster and remove and resolder the joints at the back of the 2 indicators. there are several sites on the internet that have specific instructions.

Jump start

You have a Trip Odometer Reset Button located near the Digital Odometer Display.
When Jumping your Van: most likely it caused an electrical problem affecting your gauges. It is actually common for this to happen. Hopefully permanent damage has not been done.
To properly reset your Speedometer and Tachometer (barring permanent electrical damage):
1. With the Key IN the Ignition and in the OFF (not ACC, On or Start) Position
2. Push in and hold-in the Trip Odometer Reset button.
3. When "sof 4.0" appears: release the Button and WAIT.
4. There maybe some "E" Codes that may appear.
5. Continue to let the System run its course. There should be a great light show on the dash along with the Tach and Speedometer needles dancing all over the place.
6. In about 30-seconds it will complete it's Reset Cycle.

Again let me know if this helped, or if you have additional information or questions REPLY in the Comments Section of this Post.

Speedometer and Odometer quick working. How do I

Follow the speedometer cable from the firewall, down to the transmission. It should bolt in the transmission, remove the cable from the transmission, and turn the gear to check to see if speedometer is working, if not, it's most like the speedometer head unit.
