Once the factory seal is leaking moisture, it can be hard to dry and reseal. You can try a hir dryer, and then look for a seam to lay silicone on, but the recommended fix is to replace the whole headlight assembly. The lens is not removable like on older lamps. The pieces are molded, and then epoxied together. Hard to split apart and get back together without damaging. Try a salvage yard.

You can and it is not difficult, there are two bolts holding the top of the headlight to the body just over the radiator and a couple of screws holding the indicato in place, but you can access the back of the light fitting without doing so . It is a bit of a squeeze on the battery side.

1. Open the hood.
2. Remove the one screw holding the side marker housing inside the engine compartment about half inch from fender edge.
3. Pull the side marker and unplug electrical connector.
4. Remove bulb holder counterclockwise.
5. Pull bulb straight out.
6. Reinstall in reverse order.
