Remove pressure (or wrap towel around injector). There should be a fuel pump fuse, you can remove which will cut off the pump. This will bleed down the pressure so you can remove offending injector (guessing you know which one it is). Crank engine to remove excessive pressure.
Really not hard to do, if unsure make sure you surround the connection with a towel to absorb excessive fuel. This will depressurize the fuel system.
Has the carb been puled off for a rebuild? If not sounds as though the floats may be out of adjustment or malfunctioning. Also a good kit will help it run better. You'll need the numbers on the carburetor to get the kit. There is either a tag or embossed area on where you can find these numbers. Dodge/Chrysler used Carter branded carbs in the past yours may still be one.
