Question about 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier
If u get under the car and look at the back of the plastic radiator side tanks (towards engine) u will see it, it is usually on the driver side, you can't see it from up top, the drain valve head looks like the head of a clock winding key and is black plastic. A much easier way to drain the rad is to just remove the lower rad hose.

depends on what motor you have, it'll either be on the bottom of radiator (you might have to move the cover to get at it) or in the rear of the engine block. if you get at them i'd simply just remove the lower hose from the radiator. just make sure car is compleatly cooled down first.

I have a 99 Astro & my drain plug is on the passenger side. Look for the small drain tube at the bottom of the plastic tank. The turn knob is right above it.
