If you are check the fuses, and they are OK, then test the power windows regulator and if voltage is right, if this is OK, then check the switch, its possible that this is bad.

Electric Window Motor - REMOVAL & INSTALLATION
(see Figure 1)

Fig. 1: The window motor is retained by the three bolts shown here

On some models it may be necessary to remove the window regulator from the vehicle. If so, remove the regulator as described in the Section and remove the retaining bolts from the motor and remove the motor. Installation is the reverse of removal.
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the door panel and watershield.
  3. Remove the window motor retaining bolts.
  4. Carefully remove the motor from the regulator and unplug the connector.
To install:
  1. Attach the connector for the window motor and carefully place the drive gear of the motor into the regulator, making sure the teeth align.
  2. Tighten the motor retaining bolts.
  3. Connect the negative battery cable.
  4. Verify the motor operation.
  5. Install the door panel and watershield.

Hope helps.

Take the door panel off , remove the speaker, apply direct power to the wires. apply a large malet to the door near the motor, apply power direct while , applying 12 volts. as soon as it starts to work apply pc blaster or crc to every thing that moves. use the same procedure for the drivers side.
