You have a blown headgasket, cracked cylinder head, cracked block only if the color of the smoke is a constant white...requires extensive tests compression etc.
if uits blue in color you have oil passing the rings and out the exhaust valeves on the exhaust stroke, possible collapsed oil rings or valve guide stem seals and knerling ...requirements machinist work.
Momentary cold start white smoke can be normal residual condensation that clears rapidly after start up, blue intial smoke on only the start up after sitting for hours is signs of valve guide wear to be done by a machine shop.

I have honda accord asstat disel 2007. first I noticed vibration, than I comperd my car with another honda accord and fint out that my engine nose level higher than the other cars, and my engine is not...

sinse you added oil to the engine is the top end noise gone?? if not you may also consider changing the oil filter, sometimes the oil filter collapses inside, therefore restricting oil flow to the top end. also i think i would consider a basic tuneup, with just regular autolite plugs, dont let them full into buying the expensive ones, new wires, a new fuel filter, and air filter.... most likely the the vibration is from a cylender misfire, changing the plugs and wires should solve that... if you have any questions feel free to ask, and let me know what you figure out. hope this helps

How can you tell if u are on an intake stroke or a exsost so i can line up the timing on a 2.7 motor

Highly recommend you get a Haynes manual for your car (about $20 at autozone). Haynes manual generally does a great job in describing the replacment of a timing belt. To set the timing as in conjunction with replacing a timing belt you want the number 1 cylinder at top dead center (TDC). This is when the piston in #1 cylinder is all the way up in the cylinder. Get the manual, it is money well spent

My 2002 ford taurus leaks anti freeze and was told it was head gaskett or timing gaskett. The oil is fine and the leak is not all the time.

More than likely (and hopefully) it is the timing chain cover gasket. Common problem on Tauruses with the Vulcan V-6. Had the same problem. Replaced gasket and leak stopped. Not cheap if taken to a mechanic, but is doable if you have some experience and the equipment.

it sounds like u have a mild oil leak from the top end of the motor . it is probubly near the exsost which would cause the burnig oil smell.

Smoke coming out of a/c vents in dash. A/C still works, but not on highest setting.

Are you sure it's smoke? Probably not smoke, the coils are freezing up and the air is so cold it condenses and looks like smoke coming out.
