Question about 2005 Kia Spectra
If you failed for readiness tests not complete i would check cig lighter fuse. but check ALL fuses because some fuses feed other fuses. i had an example of that today,dodge dakota ABS light on. didnt bother doing any research just do as i always do and checked all fuses. found a burnt fuse wich was for the interior light. stuck in a new one and my antilock brake problem was solved.
also if you recently disconnected the battery or it went dead on you then the readiness tests have to be run again wich can take a few days.
