SOURCE: Plugs for Camry 2000 4 cyl.
The plugs that are supposed to be in a 2000 4 cyl Camry are :
PK20TR11 Toyota P/N 90919-01194
The K16TR11 plugs fit a variety of models.
They are found in the following units:
95/98 T-100 V-6
95-04 Tacoma V-6
00/04 Tundra V-6
There is no question that your dealer installed the wrong plugs.
I would really appreciate a FixYa rating for the information that I have provided you. Thnaks in advance.

knocking is due to 2 ignition points in one piston chamber causing 2 explosions to hit each other causing the knocking noise usually meaning your fuel air ratio inst right but this is only in diesel engines

Clean your battery cable connections and your battery posts with some emery cloth. Make sure the battery clamps are tightly secured to the battery and that the other end of each battery cable is securely fastened. Once you have it started drive it to any auto parts store to have the battery and the charging system tested. You may find that you need a new battery.

if it ran fine before belt change, you maybe off a tooth,I've been off a tooth with same engine had same symptoms along with erratic acceleration and poor gas mileage. Took off top cover, lined up no.1 tdc. and I was off 1 tooth at camshaft hole. was able to adjust without dismanteling everything. Loosen idler and you can get enough play to turn cam one cog. hope this helps.

okay.how would the injectors have anything to do with the vehicle stability control/4wd.??if it were injectors at such a low mileage you would feel a real lack of power.now as toyota own diahatsu you could save yourself a fortune if you ask them to diagnose a fault!!to check vsc is working put car in 2nd and floor the pedal turning as tight a circle you can brave.it should stop the inside wheels from screaming....to check 4wd do the same and you will feel the car trying to pull itself apart.you will see what i mean.!!!
