Better git under that hood an inspec for anything pulled or not reconnected after service--also these days wen changing anything it can effect sensors if not done just rite--Im wonderin if the thermo is workin cause the cooling system is a major player

The buzzing is probably the compressor. You may have a bad air line somewhere. Or, you may have a bad solenoid. These can be check with an ohmmeter.
