Sounds to me like vapor lock......Personally, I would try a new fuel cap. Might not be venting properly

Dodge caravan 2003 Car jerks after filling up with gas. Sometimes it stalls after filling with gas. Last for short time then runs fine.

try installing a new gas cap for ur make and model vehicle. add a good quality gas treatment to fuel. follow directions. lastly, ur fuel filter may be getting clogged.

Car running fine. changed fuel filter. now turns over but stalls,

If this had the problem before you worked on it then it could be bad gas. If after the fuel filter change, check the flow direction on the fuel filter and you may want to take off the filter and blow into it to see if it is clogged. Usually the fuel is looping around the system. Try taking off the fuel cap and start the car. It may be an air pocket and with the cap off it may eliminate the air pocket.

Car stalls

hello, this sounds just like a plugged or restricted fuel filter....(very common symptoms), however due to fact you recently filled up, check your fuel cap to make sure it is there, and on tight (should click when tight). GOOD LUCK, marty

Car stalls when accelerating

I would replace that tank (asap), so there can be a cap back on it.
With the cap off, the fuel system can't build up any pressure to hold the gas in the lines.

Initially starts fine, runs fine, then stalls at the first stop.

This is a fuel pump issue. i would replace it and the lines as well.also, a minor tune up wouldn't hurt as well. wires plugs distributor cap points etc...
