Hi, your Caravan is fuel injected so it will not have a choke. Is there a specific problem your having that would lead you to think there should be a choke?

1999 Dodge Caravan wont start new battery,new starter,nothing but clicks when key is turned on continues to click when key is off could this be the relay switch checked power to starter starter is energized

Locate it by sound & pull it out, and replace it. probably stuck relay inside it.
