98 contour repair manual

You don't need a repair manual if you know the basic's of automotive repair . You just need wiring diagrams an fuse box layouts . You can find those here free Enter vehicle info. year , make , model ,engine ! Under system click on electrical distribution .Then under subsystem click on fuse panel . Click the search button then the first blue link . This shows relay positions in the under hood fuse box. The PCM power relay supply's B+ voltage to the fuel pump relay , PCM - engine computer ,mass air flow sensor an someother thing's .

Its a 1998 Ford Contour, im trying to find out where my flasher signal relay is, i looked in the fuse box under my hood and in my fuse box but cannot locate where the fuse plugs in

There is another fuse box under the dash that contains primarily relays. It might be on the passengers side, or even hidden behind a side panel. Once you locate it, you will know it.

My ford f250 wont start my pumps are not on when i turn my key on, they are intank fuel pumps, but i cant seem to find my relay to change the tanks over, i think either that is my problem or one of my fuel...

Hello, usually the all relays are under the hood were your fuses are located, if they are okay then you need to check if a wire is loose or broken at the fuel pump or were the switch is first if all is well, then look at changine your fuel pump.

Heater quit blower not turning on

Check the fuse box in the car first then if that dont work check the fuse block under the hood also check for a bad relay. And if that dont fix it you may need a blower motor

1998 Ford Contour SE

it is in your main fuse box, under the hood.

on that car you should have 8 relays, find the one for the windows, and pull one of the others and oput it in it's place to see if it works before going and spending money on them.

if that does not work, change all of your switches for the wondows, alot of times this can be the problem.
