Question about 1992 Pontiac Bonneville
This sounds like a few problems or the cable that feeds power to the relay/fuse box under the hood,you wwill see a positive battery cable going to box make sure its not melted or stud is loose in the plastic box. the only other thing that comes to mind would be the cluster itself being bad or connection in the back of it loose. hope this is helpful.
