Were you able to verify the blower motor works? You can verify power to the blower motor with a test light and a good ground. If you then connect the light to the positive power supply you can check and make sure it has a good ground. Also you may want to check the blower resistor it controls the fan speed settings.I believe the blower motor is located on the passenger side firewall and the resistor is very close to it.

You can directly wire the blower with jumper wires to power it up but you will not be able to switch where the air is blowing wherever the blend door is where it will stay for right now but you will at least know if the blower is good or not. Been awhile since working on one of these so the blower motor is either on the passenger firewall or on the passenger side under the dash.

Have u replaced the blower motor speed control resistor? it has a thermal fuse that blows then the blower gets on power, it is located right next to the blower, it plugs into the air duct work for cooling, the is pictured below, about as big as a pack of smokes. it is cheap and avail in the aftermarket, here is the part number:
FOUR SEASONS Part # 20074 [Blower resistor)

It is near the blower, have replaced dozens of these, you didn't say the control was the automatic type, if it doesn't light up then the control head is either burned out or has no power, I suspect the control head is defective, it is fairly common on older trucks, you can either get the old one repaired or try and find a used one, use the web link below to locate a used AC automatic control head.

1993 Ford 3arus heater/ac blower not working.

Yes , it is possible that the motor or the speed control ahs failed so that the heat is not distributed. So what is needed is to check the fuse of the blower fan, if there is power to the fan motor and still it does not work then the motor can be faulty.
