HI, the fuel pump relay is located in the battery junction box under the hood. It should be in a group of 4 realys close togther and last one in the row. Hope this helps.

2006 ford 500 fuel gauge only shows 1/4 tank after filling tank, also is saying low fuel warning.

On most of your newer cars the fuel level sensor is located in the tank with the fuel pump. The only way to test it for proper operation is to remove the fuel pump and test the sensor.Unfortunitly your tank has to be removed because the pump and sensor as one unit. The fuel pump costs about 219.00 up to 229.00 depending on where your live plus your labor and that price changes from area to area.I hope that solves your problem for you.

My 2005 Ford Five Hundred just quit whie sitting with it running I have checked fuses and relays and the fuel reset on passenger side and I even pulled the fuel pump out and checked it and it works but I...

You will need a scanner put on it,with body module software,to diagnose the issue. If the Fuel Pump has a Driver Module, you won't see voltage unless certain conditions are met
Did you check fuel pressure at rail when cranking.
Without a wiring diagram of your veh, your pretty much done. Too high tech
I assume you got a crank sensor signal and spark, while cranking.
No codes stored, even without a MIL Light?

How do I access the fuel pump shut-off switch on a 2006 Ford 500?

Are you asking about the fuel pump reset switch? The one that is under the glove box?
If so, you can just reach up under there from the passenger seat. The button is on the top of the mechanism, so it takes a little stretching to get to it. Good luck
