I have a 2004 & after installing the new battery noflsh showed up, with no gauges or lights in dash working now.
I cleaned termainals before installing new battery. I did hook up a 10amp battery charger at the time I was changing the battery. maybe that did it. thanks, Marvin

What is the year and the model? Have the battery cables been cleaned and checked to make sure you have a good connection? Has the battery been load tested on a battery tester? Based on all that you say you have a low voltage problem, if the battery hasn't been properly tested do so, any Autozone will do it for free.

Have you checked the fuses? Without knowing all the details I would guess fuse or ground out somewhere along the line. Also chk to see if the needle is stuck under the pin. Although unlikely it does happen. I hope that helps you to solve your problem.
